This article is shows you how to change your password in the AiTech Web Portal when you know your current password. If you don't know your current password, contact the Help Desk. If your current password is not working, your account may be locked. Trying to login unsuccessfully 5 times in a row will lock your AiTech web portal account and you will need to have the Help Desk set up a new password for you.

Changing Your Password for the AiTech Web Portal

  1. Log on to the portal at Your username is the complete phone number of your desk phone including area code, prefix, and extension, with no other punctuation. The first time you login you will need a generic password from the Help Desk.

  2. Select My Account > Profile
  3. Select Portal Password from the left hand menu

  4. Click on the gear/settings icon. (outlined in blue)

  5. Enter your current password in the Current Password field

  6. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Your new password needs to be at least 6 characters long. You can use any of the characters on your keyboard.

  7. Confirm the new password by entering again. Then click Save.

Changing Your Polycom Phone Voicemail Password Using the Web Portal

  1. Log on to

  2. Select My Account > Profile.

  3. Select Passwords from the left menu.

  4. Click on the lock icon. (outlined in red)

  5. Enter your current password in the Current Password field

  6. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Your voicemail password must be 4-8 numbers long. You may not use your extension, nor your extension backwards (if your extension is x1234, you may not use x4321). You may not use all repeating digits (e.g. 1111, 3333, etc). 

  7. Confirm the new password. Then click Save.
