An overview for instructors on how to add a Resource File (document) to your Moodle Course and also how to update your uploaded documents already present in Moodle. An example is updating an existing syllabus uploaded into Moodle as a Word or PDF document. Please note that you cannot directly edit/update uploaded File Resources in Moodle. You must download the file from Moodle, update the file in the originating application (Word etc.), and then in Moodle delete the old file and upload the new version of the file. In the Adding a new File window Delete the old version of the file. You do this by clicking on the file icon in the Content box and selecting Delete. Upload the new version of your document by clicking on the Add link or drag and drop into the dashed box. Click Save and return to course to complete the replacement of your file. How to add and update files (syllabus and other) in your Moodle course (Instructors)
