Steps to Review Grades
Grades are not sent by mail. You can easily view and print your grades using an unofficial transcript.
General Grading Information
- Faculty members have 14 days from the last night of class to enter grades online. As soon as grades are entered they can be viewed and printed online. Students may also ask their instructor when the grades will be submitted.
- If a student has a valid reason to receive a course grade before the due date, they may request early grades from the instructor. Early grading may not be possible in all cases; submitting grades early is at the instructor’s discretion.
- Contact the Business Office regarding tuition reimbursement (see Tuition & Fees).
Moodle Course Grades
The grades section in Moodle contains unofficial course grades and may not be updated with the final grade earned in the class. Students may view the permanent record of final course grades on their academic transcript.
