Privately owned mini refrigerators are allowed but must meet the following specifications: rated . Rated capacity may not exceed 4.3 5 cubic feet ; electrical draw may not be more than 70 watts; and refrigerator must be in good operating condition. Use of a privately owned full size refrigerator or chest freezer is not permitted.
