Our security officers patrol the campus 24/7/365 and are trained in , Suspicion Indicators Recognition & Assessment (SIRA®), ASP, First Aid, CPR, and AED use. We have jurisdiction over the St. Paul campus in compliance with Minnesota state law, working in full cooperation with Ramsey County Sheriff's Department.
We offer the following services to all Bethel community members:
- Emergency medical services
- Safety education and crime prevention programs
- Vehicle assistance (lockouts, jump starts, etc.)
- Fingerprinting (Located at Anderson; call for an appointment)
- Lost & Found services
- Identification cards (creation & access)
Safe Ride is a service provided to university students who would like safe transportation across campus or from Roseville, Shoreview and Arden Hills businesses. Any university student, faculty, or staff member may request a Safe Ride.
During Fall and Spring semesters, SafeRide operates 10:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

Security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, each day of the year, patrolling and monitoring campus grounds, buildings, and parking lots. The following services are provided:
Emergency medical, fire and violence response
Crime and injury investigation and reporting
Security alerts and campus crime notices
A transport service is available when there are medical or safety concerns. Call 651.638.6400 to request a ride if on campus.
Limited vehicle assistance (lock-outs and jump starts)

Traffic control for campus events
Assistance with obtaining disability parking permits
