Bethel University has

nine

eight residence areas: Arden Village, Bodien, Edgren, Getsch, Nelson

, North Waters (Wessman, Wingblade and Widen), North Woods (Turnwall, Danielson, and Chalberg), Heritage, and Lissner. First and second year

, Heritage, Lissner, and North Village (Danielson, Turnwall, Wessman, Wingblade and Widen apartments).

All students who are seeking an undergraduate degree, and are under the age of 21 as of September 1 in the Fall semester

Bethel students

are required to live in

campus

university housing

with the exception of those who commute from their parents’ home.Third and Fourth year students (including junior and senior transfer students)

the entire academic year. Students who are part-time (less than 12 credits), married, or living with one or both parents are exempt from this policy.  The requirement is not based on academic credit status.  Students who are over the age of 21 are encouraged to live in campus housing but are not required to.
