Under certain circumstances involving the health or safety of a student or others, a student may be immediately removed from university housing by the associate dean
of students
for residence life with the concurrence of the dean of
students
student programs. Removal from housing will be handled on a case-by-case basis as determined by the university in its sole discretion.
In the event that a student is removed from university housing:
The student will be informed of all pertinent information leading to the decision for removal from housing.
The length of the removal will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The conditions under which a student may return to university housing will be identified at the time of removal and provided to the student in writing.
