- Log on to the portal at https://evolveip.my-cloud-manager.com/PersonalPortal/login.jsp. Your username is the complete phone number of your desk phone including area code, prefix, and extension, with no other punctuation. The first time you login you will need a generic password from the Help Desk.
- Select Account
- Enter a new Portal Password to change your voicemail pin. Enter a new Web/Toolbar Password to change the password for this web portal.
- Click Save Changes.
