The first thing you need to do is activate your Bethel Google+ account. Click here to see how to do that.
To access your Bethel YouTube account login to your Bethel email and click on the 
icon in the top banner.
You will then Click on "More" at the bottom of the pop-up window to see the YouTube icon.
This link will bring you to your YouTube landing page.
You will see a menu on the left side of the page and your name will be at the top of this list. Clicking on your name will bring you to your personal YouTube Channel.
YouTube has a number of helpful tutorials that you can use to customize and personalize your YouTube channel.
