When there is a vacant spot in a room, the Office of Residence Life may assign a new roommate to the open spot per the Housing Lease Agreement. Should the occupancy of the room, suite, or apartment fall below 50% capacity, the Office of Residence Life reserves the right to consolidate spaces if necessary.
