Housing rates are frozen for all continuing students. Housing rate will not increase provided student lives in campus housing every semester.
Rates are based on a student's first year in Bethel housing.
- 2019-2020 academic year remain at their frozen rate of $2,950 per semester, or $5,900 for the academic year
- 2020-2021 academic year remain at their frozen rate of $2,950 per semester, or $5,900 for the academic year
- 2021-2022 academic year remain at their frozen rate of $2,995 per semester, or $5,990 per academic year
- 2022-2023 academic year remain at their frozen rate of $3,050 per semester, or $6,100 per academic year
- 2023-2024 academic year remain at their frozen rate of $3,150 per semester, or $6,300 per academic year
Rate are the same for all Bethel residence locations.
If a student leaves housing for any reason other than an institutionally approved program, this frozen housing rate is canceled. The student will assume the rate for the new year upon returning to Bethel housing.
Students away from campus participating in an institutionally approved off-campus program and then return remain at the same housing rate established prior to the off-campus program.
