When you will be away from your desk, and you want to setup an away greeting, follow the directions below.
- Login to your voicemail by entering your voicemail password.
- Press 3 to record a new No Answer voicemail greeting
- Press 1 to compose your greeting

- Press 2 to listen to your current greeting
