A Pop-up blocker is a piece of computer software that prevents unwanted web pages from appearing on your screen while browsing the internet. For most occurrences, pop-ups are not wanted, rendering the blocker to be very useful. However, sometimes necessary pop-ups are blocked inadvertently by the system. In these cases, the pop-up blocker will need to be disabled for those certain sites.
