Bethel community members are provided with email, contacts, calendar, collaboration tools and more through a Bethel University Google Apps account. After a Bethel University Google Apps account has not been used for one year, it is suspended. Bethel retains suspended account data for 1 year, during which shared Google Drive files may still be accessible to other users. After one year, the Google account is deleted and all associated files will no longer be recoverable.
Beginning in Nov 1st 2022, ITS will be imposing storage limits of 100GB of data for each employee and shared mailbox accounts and 15GB for each student, alumni, retiree, and emeriti account. This is a total storage limit across email, Drive, chat and photos. |
