Technology Instructions

Projectors:

This space has two projectors due to the wide layout.  The projectors are controlled using the Extron button panel on the podium, and cannot be operated individually from each other.

The "MUTE" button on the Extron controller mutes the video image (black screen) as well as audio.

Audio/volume:

Volume level is controlled using the Extron panel.  You may also need to adjust your computer volume.

The "MUTE" button on the Extron controller mutes ALL audio (computer and microphone).

Wireless microphone/voice amplification:

The wireless handheld microphone is kept in the Shure zipper bag on top of the podium.  To use it, simply turn on using the on/off switch on the bottom of the mic.  The microphone may be used independently of the projection system.

The "MUTE" button on the Extron controller mutes the microphone in addition to all other audio/video.
