An email invitation is only needed if you have previously had a Zoom account with your Bethel email address. Please visit zoom.bethel.edu as you may be able to get an account automatically without contacting the Help Desk.

If you have previously had a Zoom account with your Bethel.edu email address, you may need to follow the below steps to join the Bethel Educational Zoom Organization. If you have a paid subscription associated with your current zoom account, information about receive a refund from Zoom as you join the Bethel Organization can be found here. You should have received an email from Zoom (Zoom account invitation). In this email you will find a link to join the Bethel University organization. Follow the link and you will automatically be added to the account. If you have any questions or did not receive an invitation email, please contact the ITS Help Desk at service.bethel.edu or 651.638.6500.
