Non-Compliance

Our desire is that students respond honestly, thoughtfully, and respectfully throughout the student care and conduct process. The university prohibits any violations of non-compliance. Student are expected to:

  • Comply with written or verbal directives of University officials or law enforcement officers acting in performance of their duties, and provide identification to a University official upon request.
  • Be cooperative and respectful to other students, faculty or University officials fulfilling their duties in compliance with University policies.
  • Read and respond to emails and meeting requests from University officials in a timely manner. 
  • Complete assigned responses in the student care and conduct process.
  • Fully disclose all requested information or related information to the alleged violation to a University official during the student care and conduct process.
  • Be honest in the student care and conduct process- Falsification, lying, hiding, distortion or misrepresentation of information relevant to or requested in the process may result in additional disciplinary response
