Residence Life Vision Statement
Developing students for life in Christ by cultivating a residential environment that provides the space for transformation through a deepening relationship with God and participation in communal interdependence.
Core Objectives:
To be an integral part of a Christian liberal arts education.
To serve students through support, challenge, and journeying with them through the college experience.
To strive for excellence in staff training, development of student leaders, programming, understanding of primary student issues, and response to students in different developmental stages.
- To provide an experience of real community in a place where students are free to be authentic.
