If you have previously had a Zoom account with your Bethel.edu email address, you may need to follow one of the below steps to join the Bethel Educational Zoom Organization. If you have a paid subscription associated with your current zoom account, information about receive a refund from Zoom as you join the Bethel Organization can be found here.

Bethel Faculty, Student and Staff: If you do not follow one of these steps, your account may not be linked to Bethel University and you will not receive paid features.

Bethel Alumni, Retirees and Sponsored-Staff: Please do not follow these instructions as your zoom account will be deactivated once you join the Bethel University organization. We recommend changing the email address associated with your account to a non-Bethel email address in order to continue using it before all users are migrated on August 15th, 2020.

Option A

You should have received an email from Zoom (Zoom account invitation). In this email you will find a link to join the Bethel University organization. Follow the link and you will automatically be added to the account.

Option B

Visit zoom.bethel.edu and click sign in and enter your Bethel credentials.
